When the time comes that we need to heal ourselves, we have an array of choice in front of us: we can go to traditional methods and look into opportunities, like medicine and therapies, or we can go much deeper and embrace ourselves with natural remedies, for example, meditation and energy healing.
It is, of course, a personal choice and our move depends on a personal perspective and situation, but we need to remember that we have the power to heal ourselves. We can always listen to our intuition and decide what to do. What feels right? What are we drawn to? What feels a “yes” and what feels a “no”?

First of all, we need to understand that every symptom is a message from the body trying to tell us something. Connect to the right vibration
We are all bathing in different fields of energy every day of our life. The food that we eat, the air that we breathe, the people that we interact with, the thoughts that we create – it is all ENERGY and this energy has various vibrations. Depending on what kind of vibration it produces, it makes us FEEL a certain way: good, uplifted, low, dense, heavy, energised, loved and so on.
These vibrations, high and low, inevitably interact with our body and produce tiny reactions on the energy level. Let’s say, if we bathe in the low energy (for example, a difficult working environment) every day of our life, it does have an energetic effect on our aura. Or, on the opposite, if we spend regular time in the park and breathe in the energy of the trees, we are doing a massive favour to our energy system and rejuvenating our aura naturally.

Even though these are subtle frequencies, that not even every person is aware of, they do have an effect on our system and our wellbeing. This is a supreme answer to all our problems and worries – SELF-LOVE. A lot has been said about it in recent times, and humanity is certainly moving into that direction, however there is still some work that we can do to help ourselves appreciate the beautiful person that we are.

Ask yourself a question: How often do you do something that makes you feel happy? Then ask: What are these moments when you feel the happiest? Try and find the situations and states of being where you feel the fullest, most free and most happy. Then try to include more of these experiences into your daily life, depending on what they are for you.
You can do a small meditation to go deeper and ask yourself: What makes me happy? Close your eyes, take several deep breaths and ask your Subconscious to show you the activities that bring the best in you and make your soul sing. Go with the flow and trust your intuition to demonstrate you where your happiness lies. Just relax and have fun with it, and you will certainly get an answer. It is always the first feeling that comes and the inner “yes” that you receive.
Then you can work on yourself every day and surround yourself with experiences that are beneficial for you. Ask yourself: “What would be the most self-loving thing to do now?” And let your imagination go beyond the limit! You can dance, you can play, you can meditate, you can eat beautiful food, you can have deep energetic connections, you can create new objects, you can uplift yourself in the highest energy possible. You are the Master of your life and your energy. Enjoy being it!

In essence, all of these methods of healing are helping you to connect with one essential notion: “You are healed”. As life is an illusionary form of experience, where things can change and move into another energy shape, as a result of a mere projection of our thought and creation, why not move into the version of ourselves that makes us feel the best?
Imagine that somewhere exists the highest version of you that is already completely healed, happy, uplifted, loved and successful. Imagine that it is true. See that version now in its full glory.
