5 Signs that somebody is deeply connected to you on a soul level
Every day we meet a lot of different people, we see them in the streets, in the cafes, in the workplace. Many of these interactions are unnoticed, but sometimes we meet somebody who we feel a sudden connection to.
How to determine if you have a connection to a person? Here are some signs to look for:
1. Their energy is strongly attracting you.
The person who you are connected to will stand out from the crowd. You will feel that “there is something about them”, or that you are drawn to them. There will be a kind of a magnetic pull or an attraction that you can’t explain. Interestingly, this connection could be both positive and not so positive, you may feel that the person is attracting you and you want to be with them, or you may feel that their energy is strongly repelling you. This may have to do with some of the past life experiences that you shared together.
2. Their eyes look familiar.
This is a very important point. The person who you already know on the soul level will have energy information about your connection in their eyes. Even people who are not on a spiritual journey, can perceive this message telepathically. “I feel like we’ve known each other for ages!” “Haven’t we met before? You look so familiar!” These are the feelings that we experience when we meet a person like this. We meet for the first time and we wonder why this person feels so familiar, like home. Many times, it may feel like instant understanding, a sudden feeling of love, warmth or strong interest, an energy match that goes beyond this life and your experiences together.
3. You want to spend time together.
A person, who is close to you on a soul level, will feel so comfortable to be around, that you will want to do things together. If you meet in a social setting where there are many other people, you will naturally gravitate towards this person and would like to sit next to them. If you are choosing who to go for a cup of tea with, your choice will naturally fall on this person, as it just feels so effortless and magnetic to be together. It feels like your soul is already communicating with this person and you are just adding to your connection by meeting in the physical realm of Earth. You will also feel like you are so curious about this person and you want to talk more and more together, and usually listen attentively to each other.
4. You catch yourself thinking about this person.
After you have met, you will have an awareness of this person and you will suddenly realise that thoughts about them come to you. You may be going about your day, cooking a meal or cleaning the house, and, all of a sudden, you feel the energy of this person in your mind. Imagine the amount of people that we meet every day, how many of them actually end up in our thought process, or, to be more exact, in our energy space? Not many. But this person will. If the connection is very strong, you may end up not being able to stop thinking about them, as if you have to resolve something or exchange something between you. Many of the fires that we think have just started, actually began centuries ago, in other lives and other dimensions, and this person appearing now is just a reminder of this connection, an awakening of some sort.
5. You see this person in your dreams.
This is another strong point. Again, how many people we meet during the day, and how many of them come up in our dreams? Not that many. You may suddenly have a dream where you meet this person and have an experience together. It doesn’t always mean a particular activity in a dream, it may be just an energy encounter, but the feeling of that meeting will be so strong and usually so pleasant, that you will wake up impressed by it. You will want to cherish that feeling and explore it more. Sometimes, you may see this person in a dream looking like somebody or something else, but energetically you will know it is them (more about it in the Dreams course). Your feeling will tell you.
These are some of the common signs that you are connected to somebody on a soul level. Of course, there are degrees of that connection, some will feel stronger, some softer, some will have a particular flavour to them, like passion, interest, desire to protect, sudden happiness, joyful energy or incredible warmth that you want to be around. These flavours of energy usually denote and explain what connection exactly you have with this person and what kind of lives you spent together in the past.
What to do when you meet a person like that? That depends on your and their feeling. The best way is to follow your intuition and do what “feels right”, coming from the energy of love and kindness and listening to what needs to be expressed. Meeting a person who is connected to you on a soul level doesn’t always mean it has to be a love relationship, sometimes it can be a friend, a person who you can talk to and confide to, somebody who may just be there to show you something, etc.
When it is meant to be love, it can be a beginning of a strong eternal loving feeling which may or may not materialise into a proper relationship. It has the potential of becoming a wonderful loving experience where together you feel like floating and the depth of the connection is taking you on a most beautiful journey. When both parts are connected to their intuition and listening to their heart, you can create a magical interaction which will lead to sharing love and spiritual growth with each other.
